Mackenzie's Mission
Non-Profit Drowning Prevention
NOTHING replaces CONSTANT supervision in and around the water!
Mackenzie's Mission was founded in 2011 by Trista Roecker. Trista’s daughter, Mackenzie, was only 4 years old when she suffered a non-fatal drowning while at a routine preschool swim activity. The senselessness of this tragedy inspired Trista to create a water safety, life jacket, and drowning prevention educational program for families and lifeguards. With the help of her good friend, Brandi-Lynn Greig, Trista’s vision was made a reality.
